The purpose of the STEP AHEAD resources is to help job seekers become more prepared and confident with the job search process. Although STEP AHEAD is a program designed to support people with convictions to successfully transition into the community and into employment it is a great tool to help anyone wanting to develop the skills needed to obtain employment. Some of the specific skills include: writing a quality resume, answering interview questions, and filling out online applications.
